Lifetime Warranty

Every TOSORO Stone Bath Mat is a solid slab of diatomaceous earth, and we back it for life. If your mat ever cracks, splits, or breaks under normal household use, we will replace it — for as long as you own it.

Need to make a claim? Email admin@tosorohome.com with your order number and a photo. Most claims are resolved without sending anything back.

What's covered

  • Cracking, splitting, or breakage of the stone under normal household use.
  • Structural defects in materials or workmanship, including bowing or warping that affects how the mat sits on the floor.
  • A non-slip base that fails under normal use within the first 12 months.

What's not covered (normal wear and tear)

  • Normal wear and tear: gradual smoothing of the surface, minor surface marks, and reduced absorbency that the included sanding tool restores.
  • Staining or discoloration from soaps, dyes, oils, hair products, or hard water.
  • Chips, cracks, or breakage caused by drops, impacts, being stood on edge, or being placed on an uneven surface without the non-slip base.
  • Damage from sealants, coatings, harsh chemicals, bleach, freezing temperatures, or use in a dishwasher, washing machine, or oven.
  • Commercial, rental, or shared-facility use. Hotels, short-term rentals, spas and other businesses are covered instead by the replacement terms in their Trade & Hospitality quote.
  • Mats purchased from anyone other than tosorohome.com or the official TOSORO store on Amazon.

How to make a claim

Email admin@tosorohome.com with your order number (or Amazon order ID), a photo of the damage, and a photo of the mat in place. We reply within 1–2 business days. In most cases we will not ask you to send anything back.

The remedy

We replace the mat with the same pattern and color. If that combination has been discontinued, we send the closest equivalent from the current range. Replacement shipping within the US is on us. The warranty is not a refund program — refunds are handled separately under our 90-Day Dry-Floor Money-Back Guarantee.

Terms

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • A replacement mat carries the remainder of the original warranty.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
