Refund policy

90-Day Dry-Floor Guarantee
We stand behind every Tosoro stone bath mat for 90 days from the day it is delivered. Use it, stand on it, live with it. If it is not right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. The mat does not need to be unused, and you do not need the original packaging or the tags.

How to make a claim
Email us at admin@tosorohome.com with your order number and a photo of the mat. In most cases you will not need to ship the mat back to us - stone mats are heavy and return freight rarely benefits anyone, so we will simply refund you and you can keep, re-home or dispose of the mat. If we do need the item returned, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.

Refunds
We will confirm your claim by email, usually within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at admin@tosorohome.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your mat arrives cracked or damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us right away with photos of the item and its packaging and we will replace it or refund it in full. This is separate from the 90-day guarantee and is not limited by it.

What is covered
Sale, promotional and multi-pack purchases are covered by the 90-Day Dry-Floor Guarantee in full. Gift cards, and custom or personalized orders, are not refundable. The guarantee covers the original purchaser on orders placed through this store; orders placed through another retailer are handled under that retailer's policy.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible at admin@tosorohome.com and if the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, contact us and we will arrange a replacement, or refund you so you can place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a justification. This statutory right is in addition to the 90-Day Dry-Floor Guarantee above and nothing in this policy limits it.
